The Tampa Yankees defeated the Dunedin Blue Jays, 7-1. Center Fielder Sam Morehead deserved a large share of the credit. Morehead went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for the Yankees. The save was credited to Xavier García, his 1st. With the win, Tampa pushed its record to 21-19.
