Yankees Walk It Off for 15th Win of Season
Tampa picked up a win at George M. Steinbrenner Field, bumping off the Clearwater Threshers, 5-4. Pitcher Mike Armstrong was a major reason the Yankees emerged victorious. Tampa reliever Lou Nordstrom picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Daniel Brunt took the loss. Today's win puts Tampa at 15-27, while Clearwater falls to 9-33.

Tampa got a clutch hit from Willie Middleton. The designated hitter launched a 2-run home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a kill shot.

In postgame remarks, Armstrong simply said: "Here's to a great win!"
