Yankees Take It on Chin, Lose 13-3 to Palm Beach
|
The bat of Luis Aragón helped the Palm Beach Cardinals top the Tampa Yankees, 13-3. Aragón went 2 for 4 with a home run and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 3 for Palm Beach. With the win, the Cardinals hiked their record to 35-27.
With Palm Beach leading 1-0 in the top of the first, Aragón hit a fastball from Sébastien Billy for a 3-run home run. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Cardinals ahead, 4-0.
"I keep on showing up every day and trying to put up good at-bats and find good pitches to hit," said Aragón.
