Hammerheads Pull Out Late Win, 3-2
The Jupiter Hammerheads faced a tough opponent in Dunedin pitcher Derek West, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Florida Auto Exchange Stadium by a final score of 3-2. West went 7.1 innings and allowed 2 runs. Cristián Arrocena, credited with the save, is now 1 for 1 in save opportunities. Jupiter is now 39-25, Dunedin 33-32.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Jorge Paz? The 22-year old third baseman Paz stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put Jupiter up, 3-2. For the game, he was 3 for 4, including 1 double and 2 singles.

"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Paz told the Jupiter Chronicle.
