The Charlotte Stone Crabs rode a solid performance from 22-year-old starting pitcher Chad Yoder to a win, beating the Fort Myers Miracle, 6-2, at Hammond Stadium. The Charlotte win streak is now 3 games.

Charlotte won the game in part because of Dave O'Fogarty. The right fielder ripped a grand slam home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Stone Crabs ahead, 4-2. For the game, O'Fogarty had 1 double and 1 home run in 4 at-bats.
