Sargent Shines in 9-7 Jupiter Win
|
Jupiter and Clearwater duked it out and the Hammerheads came out victorious.

He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Reliever Ben Watson picked up the win. His record improves to 9-5. Steve Ives, who is tied for 5th in the FSL in complete games with 2, took the loss. Mal Fuller was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 12 of 12 save opportunities.
Early in the game, Sargent had a 2-run home run for Jupiter. It was his 8th home run of the season and put the Hammerheads on top, 2-0.
"Billy is still learning," said Hammerheads manager Mike Mordecai. "The sky's the limit for him."
