Billy Stroud led the charge as the Jupiter Hammerheads defeated the Brevard County Manatees, 5-4, in 10 innings at Space Coast Stadium. Stroud, who is tied for 10th in the FSL in RBI with 52, went 3 for 5 with a home run, a double, and a walk. The FSL South-leading Hammerheads are 84-46.

It could have been a different outcome for Jupiter, had it not been for Yan Carlos Rodríguez, the 23-year old shortstop . Rodríguez contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put Jupiter up, 5-4.

"This was a good win," said Stroud.
