PC Star of the Week Chosen Monday, August 11th , 2025 It was an extraordinary week for Josh Burkett of the Fresno Grizzlies. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .524, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the Pacific Conference. Last week Burkett went 11-for-21, racked up 2 home runs and 7 RBIs and scored 5 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Fresno left fielder. In 95 games this season, Burkett is batting .299 with 113 hits and 12 home runs. He has scored 48 runs and driven in 59. |
