Harrisburg Blanked by Alexander
Thursday, June 26th , 2025
Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Harrisburg Senators as starter Rudy Alexander shut them out, 10-0, at NYSEG Stadium. The Binghamton pitcher struck out 9 and walked 4 while allowing 1 hit.
"Alexander was good but he wasn't flawless," Harrisburg manager Joe Mikulik said. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Binghamton, but this is on us."
During this season, he has made no relief appearances, earning a 3-1 record with no saves. In 38.2 innings Alexander has struck out 40 with a 1.63 ERA.
