Elliott Batters Lancaster for 5 Hits Tuesday, May 26th , 2026 It was a big day for Joe Elliott and he brought the High Desert Mavericks along for the ride. Elliott led his club to victory, 15-10, over the Lancaster JetHawks at The Hanger, smoking Lancaster pitching for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. The 22-year-old first baseman later called the victory "sweet." Joe Elliott hit a two-run home run off Ken Owens in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 5th, singled in the 5th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 9th.
