Great Stroke: Anderson Gets 5 Hits Friday, June 5th , 2026 It was a big day for Tony Anderson and he brought the High Desert Mavericks along for the ride. Anderson led his club to victory, 6-5, over the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes at LoanMart Field, smoking Rancho Cucamonga pitching for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. The 25-year-old catcher later called the victory "sweet." Tony Anderson hit a two-run single in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 5th, flied out in the 8th, singled in the 10th and singled in the 13th.
