Injury Shuts Down Reyes for Season Sunday, April 19th , 2026 The news was not unexpected, but that didn't make it easier to accept for the Fort Myers Miracle: left fielder Pepe Reyes is out for the year. Reyes suffered a ruptured achilles tendon on 04/16/2026. The team knew that the chances of seeing him return were slim to none. But today it was made official. This season, Reyes is hitting .258 with no home runs. |
