Bingham Runs Hit String to 20 Straight Games Thursday, May 21st , 2026 Ed Bingham has been ripping hits every day for a while now, and nobody seems able to stop him. The Fort Myers third baseman picked up 3 more today against the Brevard County Manatees and now has a 20-game hitting streak. The Miracle won the game, 7-3. "Definitely somebody's going to stop me at some point," he said later, chuckling. "I'll enjoy it for the time being." Ed Bingham walked in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 7th, walked in the 10th, walked in the 12th, flied out in the 14th and singled in the 15th. |
