Todd Slams 5 Hits for Lakeland Wednesday, June 17th , 2026 It was a big day for Doug Todd and he brought the Lakeland Flying Tigers along for the ride. Todd led his club to victory, 11-1, over the Bradenton Marauders at Joker Marchant Stadium, smoking Bradenton pitching for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. The 20-year-old catcher later called the victory "sweet." Doug Todd singled in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Steve Russell in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Jeff Johns in the 4th, singled in the 5th and singled in the 7th.
