Ives Dominates Brevard County Tuesday, June 30th , 2026 Magic was in the air and on the mound at Bright House Field, as Steve Ives held the Brevard County Manatees spellbound in his 6-0 shutout victory. The Clearwater Threshers pitcher went the distance, rang up 9 strikeouts, walked 4, and held the Manatees to 5 hits. "He just had us in his thrall," Brevard County manager Jeremy Hernandez said. "We couldn't put anything together against him." So far this season, Ives has logged a 8-1 record with a 2.41 ERA.
