Fletcher Wins SAL Best Player Award Monday, September 1st , 2025 Joe Fletcher punched, poked and pummeled the baseball last week and today he garnered a majority of the votes for the South Atlantic League Player of the Week award. The Delmarva Shorebirds shortstop slashed out a .500 average with 10 hits in 20 at-bats, 1 home run and 2 RBIs. Thus far this year, Fletcher has hit .318 with 10 home runs and 50 RBIs. |
