Lakewood Pitcher Named SAL's #1 Player Monday, April 20th , 2026 The South Atlantic League Player of the Week has been announced. This week the honor went to José Ortíz of the Lakewood BlueClaws in reward for his fine performance. He spun 2 wins, tossed 17 innings in 2 starts, yielded 11 hits, walked 3, struck out 13 and put up a 0.53 ERA. The BlueClaws hurler suffered no losses. |
