SAL Awards Player of the Week Monday, April 27th , 2026 The top batter in the South Atlantic League last week was Juan Reyes, who batted .480 and towered above everybody with a 6-game hitting barrage. During the week Reyes banged out a .480 batting average (12-for-25), 1 home run, 8 RBI and scored 8 runs. Today the Asheville right fielder received the SAL Player of the Week Award. Looking at his season stats, Reyes has compiled a .317 batting average and a .394 on-base percentage, while hitting 1 home run and driving in 8 runs. |
