Kannapolis's Picot Bags SAL Top Batter for July Saturday, August 1st , 2026 Jeff Picot put together a good July to earn the South Atlantic League Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Kannapolis officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Intimidators shortstop posted a .373 batting average with 2 home runs, 14 RBIs and 16 runs scored. In this current campaign Picot is hitting at a .323 clip with 9 home runs and 40 RBIs. |
