Injury Shuts Down Savage for Season Sunday, August 2nd , 2026 Mike Savage had to wait several agonizing days to find out his diagnosis after suffering a torn labrum on 07/31/2026. Today he received word from the Lakewood doctor that he would be out the rest of the year. Team officials called it a huge setback but something they would have to overcome. This year, Savage has worked 107 innings with 99 strikeouts en route to a 3-9 record and a 4.63 ERA. |
