Drive Torpedoed by Millar in 11-0 Loss to Rome Wednesday, August 12th , 2026 Stephen Millar was in a mood to talk following the Rome Hammers contest against the Greenville Drive, expounding to BNN reporters on his pitching philosophy. He had good reason to be excitable, having tossed a complete game shutout of the Drive, 11-0. "There are three important elements in pitching success: location, location, and location," Millar said. "I was hitting my spots time and time again." The right-hander blanked Greenville on a 4-hitter, allowing 3 walks and racking up 10 strikeouts.
