Morris Boosts Hit Streak to 20 Games Saturday, August 30th , 2025 The hitting streak for Baltimore (DSL) shortstop Dave Morris now stands at 20 games, but the Orioles 2 dropped today's contest 6-4 to the Tampa Bay (DSL) Rays. Morris went 2-for-5 in the game. "Things went well for me personally," he said. "I got 2 hits and the streak keeps going. But we didn't win the game." Dave Morris singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, grounded out in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th.
