Llanso Slaps 5 Hits Sunday, August 2nd , 2026 No matter what the DSL Yankees threw at him, Cisco Llanso hit it. He easily handled Yankees pitching, going 5 for 6 and helping the Rangers triumph, 11-1, at New York Yankees Complex. "The way I was swinging, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Llanso's quip, Yankees skipper Joel Noboa said he "would take him up on that next time." Cisco Llanso singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, hit a three-run home run off José Sandoval in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th.
