Schmidt on Fire, Strikes out 15 Angels Thursday, August 27th , 2026 Led by an outstanding performance from starter Toby Schmidt, the DSL Brewers topped the DSL Angels by a score of 9-1 at Milwaukee Brewers Complex. The 22-year-old Schmidt brought his top game to the mound, striking out 15 batters while allowing 2 hits and giving up 1 walk. "He made a lot of good pitches out there," Angels manager Miguel Asencio said. "He made some of our guys look bad.
