After feedback from the community, 2K will be issuing a shooting hot-fix on Sunday, 9/6. The update will affect Rookie, Pro, and All-Star difficulty levels. The higher difficulties and 2K Beach Modes remain untouched. The goal is to help newcomers to the game and those struggling in MyCareer. Their dev team is continually looking and listening to the communities feedback and would like it to keep on coming. Throughout the release of NBA 2K21, there was much criticism of the new shooting meter. This is a good step forward to perfecting the new system introduced in this game.
