Ortíz Shuts Out Greensboro, 4-0 Friday, August 29th , 2025 José Ortíz was dynamite at NewBridge Bank Park, blowing away the Greensboro Grasshoppers in a shutout victory. The Lakewood BlueClaws starter had everything working as he held the Grasshoppers to 4 hits in the 4-0 win. "He was pure nasty out there today," said Greensboro skipper J.A. Happ. "I don't think any team in the league would've had a chance against what he was bringing." Ortíz finished the game with 6 strikeouts and 3 walks.
